Kiko is fast becoming one of my favourite beauty brands - they're pretty new to the UK but now have stores at both London Westfields and a big one on Regent Street (as well as Leeds and Guildford). They're both inexpensive and good quality, which is the best combination isn't it? I like to think of them as 'fast beauty' - due to the tiny price tag of their products, it's great for picking up something on the go because if it's not quite right, it doesn't matter too much. It's also great for trying out new products or colours you're not quite sure about.
I always pop in when I'm at Westfield to see what they've got. This week the Kiko Glamorous Eye Pencils caught my eye (I'm a bit of a magpie when I see bright shiny colours) - high intensity luminous colours in a semi-soft eye pencil which are great for blending. What's better is that right now they're only £2.90 (usually £4.20). They have a range of 16 colours: a few browns, blues, greens, purples, silver and gold so there's something for everyone. I picked up 403 Burnt Sienna Earth, 406 Dark Violet and 409 Avio Blue. Because they're semi-soft pencils, the colour glides on really smoothly and the pigmentation of the colour is honestly impressive. They look lovely as just a thin line to make the upper lash line pop, but a thicker line can also be blended out easily with a blending brush.
You can probably tell I'm totally sold. In fact I'm so sold on them that I just purchased another four from the website (414 Pearly Anthracite, 402 Warm Brown, 407 Electric Blue and 401 Golden Hazelnut). Well there is 30% off them at the moment...!
You can find the Kiko Glamorous Eye Pencils here (remember they're just £2.90 each at the moment!)
