Rimmel Salon Pro Isn't She Precious? Swatch and Review

Way back in May, I won a nail art competition with Kiss and Makeup (with these rose nails) - and my prize was a lovely bag of Rimmel goodies...

Look at all the pretty things!

So I've finally got around to swatching some of the Rimmel Salon Pro nail polishes.  Today is a pretty baby pink, Isn't She Precious?  My camera finds it really difficult taking pictures of any pinks or reds, so these are the closest I could get to the actual colour (it's pretty close).  It's a decent consistency creme polish, but it did take three coats to get this opacity (and there were weird little bubbles by the end of it).  The brush is a short stubby one, which is nice for getting coverage of the width of the nail, but I personally like a bit more length in a brush.  Overall, I think it's a pretty colour for summer but probably won't be joining the ranks of my favourite polishes.

  1. Oooh this is a pretty colour! I look forward to seeing the rest!

I have that mascara, I'd be interested in how you get on with it... I find that it's great for top lashes, but it gets a bit flakey and then smudgy on the bottom! :-(
