If you follow me on Instagram or Twitter you may have seen that on Monday I was very excited about the arrival of my Nails Inc Lucky Dip... (ps. if you don't yet follow me on IG or Twitter, it's @fundaflawless on both - come join me!) I've never done one of these lucky dips before, but I thought I'd give it a go - and I'm so glad I did! 7 polishes for just £18 is a great offer I think (considering they usually cost about £7-8 each), and I'm delighted with the colours I was sent. From a little bit of looking around, it seems that there were two lucky dip packs - the brights one (which I got) and a rather more muted nudes and metallics pack.
I was particularly pleased about receiving Southwark (blue) and Westbourne Grove (orange) because these are both colours I almost bought at the weekend and didn't (though different makes). The blue I've been wanting to get to match a jacket I have and I wanted the orange to complete my Models Own neons range.
So today I have been wearing Cherry Road, which is from the Sprinkles collection - it's a lilac base with blue and silver glitter flecks in it. Admittedly it's probably not actually a polish I would have picked out for myself, but it's been fun to wear. The photos below show three coats - which ends up giving a little bit of a 'jelly sammich' effect. The polish dried quickly and the glitter was evenly spread, but I'm not that big a fan of the Nails Inc brushes which seem a bit thin. I wore it with two coats of No 7 Stay Perfect top coat.
What do you think of this colour? Have you got any of the Nails Inc Sprinkles? Did you do the Nails Inc lucky dip? Let me know in the comments below!
