A while back I visited the Models Own Bottleshop at Westfield White City. I was treated to the 'Models Own Experience' from the cute salesgirl there... she painted my nails, put some blush on me and painted my lips in a rather garish and really rather un-me neon colour, all before helping me pick out six gorgeous polishes for £20 (Total Bargain) - she was super helpful and super patient with me!
So here are three of the six, all piled on together - it was the end of term last week, so I thought some spring-time glitter would be a rather good end to the term (despite the lack of actual spring weather).
I started with two coats of Top Turquoise, then two coats of Indian Ocean (from the Beetlejuice collection), then another two coasts of Freak Out! (from the Mirror Ball collection) (and all topped off with a coat of Seche Vite). I love all three of these polishes - and they would all look great on their own, but I thought it was pretty fun to throw them all together too.

Macro of Freak Out - little magenta hexagons, bigger dark purple hexagons, turquoise oblongs and turquoise random shapes
Now the reason I have taken a photo of my naked nails below is because that, rather surprisingly (because it didn't happen the first time I used it), Top Turquoise stained my nails (as you can see on my index and middle finger nails - in the thumb I've buffed off the staining). Guess next time I'll have to make sure I wear some base coat (hassle).
